Resolve WordPress website issues swiftly, whether it’s software updates, file backups, broken functionality, discontinued plugins or something else.

Based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, and serving the Nottingham and Derby area, I solve online business issues with website services, for small to medium businesses.

What Website Issues Do You Have?

It could be that something has broken or stopped working as intended, or that you have certain business or marketing goals that require changes to the functionality, interface or general experience of the website.Β

A plugin or solution that you previously used may have been discontinued, or something such as a contact form may no longer be sending emails as it once did.

Following an initial chat to establish what the solution and whether it can be fixed, you’ll be quoted a fee.

It may be necessary to call up or talk to your hosting provider to find out if they made changes or upgrades to their software, which, with some redevelopment in the back end of your site could solve the problem.Β

What Access Do I Need to Your Website and Associated Accounts?

Whatever type of website you have, and depending on what you want doing, I would need to be able to access the following:

  • Webhost account (where the website lives online, such as GoDaddy, SiteGround, 123-Reg, Dreamhost etc)
  • Website database (if there is one, such as phpMyAdmin)
  • Registrar (if you’re wanting to change, redirect or have a new domain for your site)
  • Reverse proxy (if you have one, such as Cloudflare, Fastly, CloudFront etc)

It would be a good idea for you to organise your passwords in a Word document or send it safely/securely via QuickForget.com.
